Taking advantage of the difference in viscosity, it coats lips with a rich, plump feel without stickiness. Layering it over Rouge Couture also helps the oils adhere to each other. Not only does it provide a better fit than lipstick alone, but the balm's moisture-wicking properties also help maintain shine. Formulated with niacinamide* and sodium hyaluronate* for enhanced moisturizing benefits, it's a lip makeup partner that enhances the allure of your lips and lipstick. A clear color with a lustrous shine like the surface of water. It can be used alone or as a base coat for lipstick, and it adheres to your lips in a variety of ways.
