How To Use

Take an appropriate amount onto a toothbrush and brush your teeth and gums carefully. Rinse your mouth after use. <Precautions for use>. I've been using the powder version of this for a while. I found this one and it said it helps prevent periodontitis, so I bought it this time. It's in paste form, so it's easier to use than the powder. I use two types of toothpaste, and I only use this once a day. It has a mint scent and doesn't foam, so it's easy to brush with. It's color-free, alcohol-free, and paraben-free. I'm glad it's color-free. I didn't buy Muji's whitening toothpaste because it contains coloring agents. I had seen it on Instagram before and was intrigued, but using whitening toothpaste once a day is to prevent staining. I drink rooibos tea every day, so it's a concern, and my dental hygienist pointed out staining even when I use whitening toothpaste, so it's essential. I think the paste is better value for money than the powder, so I'll probably buy this again.

I was using the powder type a while ago, but before I could judge its effectiveness, I found and purchased this. lol I've been using whitening toothpaste for a while, and recently I've had one office whitening session and a stronger whitening toothpaste made overseas... so I've been using a variety of them, so honestly I don't know how effective it is.
