How To Use

To finish off your foundation, apply an appropriate amount with a brush. Use white setting powder on the T-zone, where shine is a concern, and lavender powder on dull areas like the cheekbones and corners of the mouth. Using the #159S Duo Fiber Blush Brush will create a natural finish without over-masking the shine of your base makeup.

I like it because it's transparent and easy to carry around.

I already had the other shading and highlighter and it was great, so I bought this one out of trust in MAC, and it was a good decision. I apply it to specific areas after finishing with face powder. As I get older, I feel like dazzling highlights don't suit me, so I was looking for a matte white highlighter, and this is just right. It doesn't look like I've put on much, but it really does create a three-dimensional look. The purple one disappears pores and removes dullness, leaving my skin looking beautiful. When I apply it to the corners of my mouth, other powders look like I've put on makeup, but this one doesn't! And it stays on all day. The packaging is also exciting, it's great!

I bought this product because I wanted to reduce dullness and shadows rather than pores! For my face, the white is particularly effective on dark circles around my eyes, and the lavender is particularly effective on dullness around my mouth. It's easy to use, even in this season, and it doesn't dry out my skin, is powdery, or leaves any color behind! I also thought it might be useful as a reference for how to use other companies' lavender powders. The powder is a hard pressed powder, so I recommend using a brush with high density bristles! I use the Rosy Rosa highlight brush, which solves the problem of it being hard to pick up because it's hard to apply. It's not a flashy product, but it's a hidden ingredient that can improve the finish of your base makeup with just a little effort.

It's a two-tone set, so you can use different shades in different areas. It has a matte finish, so I think the trick to getting a beautiful finish is to moisturize thoroughly before using it.

I bought this powder to use for touch-ups when I'm out and about. It's compact and easy to carry around, but it's a bit disappointing that it doesn't come with a brush. When I first used it, the surface was hard and the brush didn't pick up much powder, so I was a bit worried, but as I used it, the hard surface wore off and the powder picked up more easily. It has a smooth texture and makes pores less noticeable! The lavender also removes dullness, making it perfect for touch-ups. I'm so glad I found such a great product!
