A medicated lotion that combines a toner and serum to plump and firm skin with each use. The stratum corneum hydrating serum (collagen, ceramide, squalane, glycerin, PEG (20)) locks in moisture, forming a moisturizing veil with each use, leaving skin feeling plump and firm. The medicated moisturizing formula prevents dryness and rough skin. Contains niacinamide, an active ingredient that prevents rough skin. Feels like a moisturizing serum when used (quasi-drug).
