We recommend using a generous amount of lather in your palms and gently scrubbing with your hands. [About the new "refill"] The bottle itself is made from 100% recycled plastic (PCR material). Therefore, we have adopted a sustainable reuse design for the refill, allowing you to reuse (replace) the pump you used.
