How To Use

I was using a sugar-based lip scrub, but it was running out too quickly, so I was looking for a replacement and bought this. Just the amount needed is about the size of a grain of rice, and it leaves lips feeling smooth, so it's good value for money. It's also very bitter, though. The mucous membrane side of my lips gets the most dry, and because it's so bitter I can't apply it much to the inside of my lips, so I won't be repurchasing it.

The grains are larger than other brands' stick-type products, so it feels like you're scrubbing! It doesn't hurt if you gently swirl it around with your fingers, which is great (ΦωΦ). I've been loving lipstick lately, but matte lipsticks in particular tend to leave a messy finish if you don't scrub them properly, so I was looking for a lip scrub and finally found this one (^O^). The amount you use at a time is about the size of a grain of rice, so it's economical. The grains are large enough that you can feel them, so it seems like you won't have to scrub as often (°▽°). You can feel the grains, but they also contain moisturizing ingredients, so my lips never felt dry!

I bought it after seeing Ano-chan recommend it on YouTube. It was better than I expected! My lips tend to dry out in the winter, but just using this before a bath, applying lip balm after a bath, and going to bed leaves them incredibly smooth. I wish I'd known about it sooner. Other people have written reviews about the taste, but since it's not something you put directly in your mouth, the taste isn't a concern for me.

I use it to combat dullness on my lips. Because it's a rinse-off product, I like the feeling of removing excess. If you use it gently in a circular motion, it doesn't sting. A small amount is enough, so I'm happy with the cost-effectiveness. If you moisturize thoroughly after rinsing, your lips will look plump even in winter. I haven't noticed any effect on dullness yet, but I'd like to continue using it as a special care product!
