This is the first time I've used this kind of cleanser!!! It's great!!! It doesn't make my skin feel tight and it leaves my skin moisturized! It leaves my skin feeling like I've applied lotion!

I bought this for when I'm tired and don't feel like doing a cleanser. I wear a lot of eye makeup, so this doesn't remove it, so I use a point makeup remover to remove it. As for removing foundation, I use 4 generous pumps onto a cotton pad and wipe it off twice. I do this twice because there is still foundation left on the cotton pad after one wipe. Doing it twice leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. My skin is also smooth and not dry after wiping it off. However, it takes 8 pumps to use for one cleansing session, so it runs out quickly, so it's not very cost-effective.

I bought this for when I come home tired and just want to go to bed, but I just want to remove my makeup. It comes off easily with two Shiseido cotton pads. Before I started using this, I used a milky lotion that I no longer use as a makeup remover, but the way it comes off is completely different!
