To add volume to your lips, draw from the cupid line and the center of your lower lip, then draw a line from the corner of your mouth back towards the cupid line. 3. After application, let it dry for a few seconds to prevent smudging. 4. Add color to your lips with the same pencil, and apply a lip booster for extra shine and moisture.
