My favorite Sisley product, Gentle Scalp Shampoo, was discontinued at some point, so I bought this one, which seemed to be the closest. The effects are definitely different. Scalp odor control: ◎ Both are excellent in this regard. No odor even after a whole day. Scent: ◎ The Gentle Scalp Shampoo had a medicinal herbal scent, but this has a pleasant scent similar to other Hair Ritual shampoos. I heard they also released a perfume version of this scent! (I want one) Usage: It lathers well and cleanses thoroughly without any harshness. The biggest difference is that with my thick, thick hair, I need to use a conditioner. Even so, my hair still feels fluffy and puffy after blow-drying. I would recommend this to anyone who uses a volume shampoo.

I've used up the entire bottle. This is an anti-aging shampoo that conditions the scalp. It lathers well and leaves my hair feeling quite clean. It seems like it's recommended to use it in conjunction with Sisley's scalp essence. I can't say for sure if it actually improved my scalp, but it left my hair feeling clean and moisturized, just the right amount, and I was able to use it without any stress. I've tried all of Sisley's shampoos, but my favorite was the Enriched Moisture Shampoo (it leaves my hair smooth, shiny, and moisturized). However, this Fortifying Shampoo can be used as an intensive treatment or alternate with other shampoos, rather than as a daily shampoo, so it might be a good idea to have one. (This shampoo is the only one with a black bottle to distinguish it from the daily shampoo.) I'm particularly concerned about hair loss in the fall, so I plan to repurchase it.

I like Hair Ritual's shampoo the best, but I also love using their conditioner and oil. They make my hair stand up nicely at the roots, and it leaves it soft and smooth. I'm looking forward to continuing to use them.

In some ways, I wish I'd never come across these shampoos, hair masks, and hair oils. That's because they're absolutely fantastic products, and the price is quite reasonable. I received a sample some time ago, fell in love with them, and couldn't put them down, so I bought them. It's too expensive for me to use every day, so I use them two or three times a week in place of my usual Aveda hair care products. The scent isn't too strong, and it doesn't linger. My hair feels smoother and more moisturized than after a salon treatment, with lifted roots and beautifully manageable hair. A small amount lathers well, and it's easy to rinse off. The hair oil may be better value for money than shampoo or hair mask. However, the hair oil alone is quite effective, so I recommend it to anyone looking for truly great hair care products, or anyone who's interested in them.
