How To Use

Apply the product to the entire hair, focusing on the ends where damage is a concern. Apply generously to particularly rough areas. Wait for about 3 minutes before rinsing. When rinsing, rinse thoroughly, being careful not to overdo it.

I received a single-use sample of the grapefruit scent and used it. I love the grapefruit scent, so I was very happy. However, the scent barely remains on my hair after rinsing. It may depend on the type of hair, but I feel like my hair is still rough even after using the treatment.

I use it after shampooing my hair with the same series. It feels like it makes my hair soft and smooth, but after rinsing, it's normal. The scent is like real grapefruit, lol, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It's not that impressive for the price... I think other, cheaper brands would be better...

I'm sensitive to smells, and the only shampoos I've been able to use without discomfort until now are Pantene's Blue and Eight the Thalasso Moist. I'm currently using the latter, but I wanted something different, and I thought a citrus scent might be better, so I bought this. It turned out to be a great decision! The scent is close to real grapefruit juice, with a strong bitterness. It was perfect for me, as I'm not a fan of sweet or floral scents. However, the scent is quite strong, and if I use it at night, it lingers on my hair until the next day. While I don't think it's strong enough to be face-to-face with someone, I can definitely detect it if I hold my hair close to my nose. I still use Eight the Thalasso shampoo, and I only use this product as a conditioner about once every 10 days, but I'm worried that using it daily with shampoo will build up and intensify the smell. The essential quality of a shampoo is a light, smooth finish. It's not heavy. I prefer something that leaves my hair feeling more moisturized, but I give it high marks because it doesn't have an unpleasant odor.

I like the grapefruit scent. There are many different types, so I'm considering which one to choose. I like all the series, but this one has a slightly lighter feel, so I've decided to use it in the summer.
