Place the sheet mask on the side where the nonwoven fabric was removed and then peel off the other side. 3. Carefully stretch the mask over your entire face, ensuring it adheres evenly and without any wrinkles, without tearing the mask. 4. Carefully spread the sheet mask over your entire face, ensuring it adheres tightly. 5. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and gently tap the remaining essence into your skin to absorb it.
