Description

This home warming series from fermentation and warming experts at nifu's Fermented Baths uses mugwort, a plant native to Japan, grown in Nara Prefecture, Yamato Province. This additive-free, painstakingly cultivated product is gentle and rich in color and fragrance. Mugwort baths are recommended for: Those concerned about body chills; Those looking to enhance their bath time; Everyone from young children to the elderly; Those who live far away. The Power of Mugwort: Mugwort is a powerful perennial herb that has long been a part of Japanese life. It has been used since ancient times as a food ingredient, warding off evil spirits, and for cleansing. Its versatile, panacea-like properties have earned it the nickname "Queen of Japanese Herbs." Mugwort steaming, in which mugwort and several other herbs are boiled and the resulting steam warms the body, is popular in Japan and is often incorporated into hot spring baths. Mugwort has long been a medicinal herb used in warming activities. To fully enjoy the aroma of mugwort, which has been blessed by nature, we have blended ingredients rich in minerals from the sea. ~Ingredients of "Mugwort Bath"~ . Mugwort from Higashiyoshino .
