This is my second purchase after first purchasing it in a store. I use it twice a week, and it's so relaxing to apply this scrub to my face while soaking in the bath. When I apply lotion after bathing, I'm amazed at how soft and smooth my skin feels!

The scent is gorgeous, with a hint of rose. The texture is firm, so if your skin isn't wet, the scrub can be a bit painful, so I spread it on my face with wet fingers. It's quite black, so it looks funny when you apply it lol. It feels like it effectively removes sebum and leaves my skin feeling firm. The salt tightens my skin, and I feel like the lotion I apply afterwards absorbs better. I like it because it leaves my skin feeling refreshed overall, but it's a relatively strong product, so I try to use it once every 1-2 weeks if it makes my skin feel rough.

I also use the Face Polisher Clarifying (it's about the same price gram for gram). In comparison, the Face Polisher Clarifying is blacker, finer, and denser. This one is a little grayish. It also seems to contain Dead Sea salt grains, so you can massage it in with little dots. It seems like it might hurt if you do it too much, so I think it's best to just lightly rub it on thin areas of the skin. It's different from the Face Polisher in that you first use it as a pack and massage for 10 minutes, which feels good in its own way. It leaves your skin smooth.

I bought the SABON Debut Dead Sea Mud series as a set. The scrub was larger than I expected, and it felt rough when I massaged it in. The clay is fine and seems to penetrate into the pores, so if you don't rinse it off properly, your pores will turn black, but after rinsing it off, I feel refreshed. I love clay packs, so I'd like to use them as a special treatment.

It's a bit pricey at 8,000 yen, but it's the size of a cherry and can be used on the whole face, so it's good value for money! Apply it, avoiding the eye area, and leave it on for 5-10 minutes (I use it in the bath to massage my body in between). After rinsing it off, my face feels refreshed, and the roughness around my nose and chin has decreased, which I'm impressed with (;;) I've heard it also has a whitening effect, but I didn't notice much of a whitening effect >_< Maybe if I keep using it I'll notice something?
