I've only used it a few times so far, but it's very easy to use because it comes in a tube and you don't need to use a spatula to remove the balm. I bought it to cleanse my light everyday makeup without irritating my skin. If you emulsify it properly, it removes all of the makeup, even from the eye area, and there's no need to wash your face, so I think it's perfect for everyday makeup. I'll consider repurchasing it when I run out, and if I do, I'll probably rate it higher.

I bought this for travel because it comes in a tube, which seems hygienic and easy to carry. My skin feels quite moisturized after washing, but it takes a while to emulsify, leaving a sticky feeling. No matter how many times I rinse, a white residue remains around my nose and eyes, so double cleansing is essential. It's good at removing makeup, but there are plenty of easier-to-use cleansers in the same price range, so I doubt I'll buy it again...

I've used this brand's foaming cleanser before, but this time I tried two bottles of their balm cleanser. I like their balm and gel cleansers, but the tube-packed design and the seemingly good ingredients were what made me decide to try this one. It's also great that it doesn't require double cleansing. I like the nice scent and the refreshing cleansing feeling. Sometimes I use this alone, but I always use it in the bathroom before bathing, applying jojoba oil or something similar to remove makeup, then blotting it up with paper towels. If I'm particularly concerned about blackheads, after doing the above, I apply a thin layer of this cleansing balm just to my nose, soak in the bath, and then cleanse afterwards. This leaves me feeling even more refreshed.

Even though it's a balm, it's gentle on the skin after washing! It removes mascara well and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight! I've repurchased it many times!
