It has a gentle, refreshing scent that feels luxurious, and it feels gentle on the skin yet cleanses easily.

I have a bad scalp. I've tried many salon shampoos, and even scrub shampoos still leave me with a bad scalp smell. I tried this shampoo three times, and it disappeared like magic. However, my hair still felt a little lacking in moisture. I recommend using it once every two days as a secondary shampoo in the summer, not every day.

My scalp is sensitive and itchy easily, but this doesn't do that! However, it is a bit rougher than other products in this price range. (Maybe it's just a personal thing.)

I received this in a lottery from Welcia on Instagram, thank you. I was debating whether to rate this 4 or 5, but I'll give it 5 stars. I like the feeling of washing with this, it's smooth. I don't like the smell while washing, but I really like the scent after rinsing. lol If the scent while washing was good, I would have given it 5 without any hesitation. Also, if I continue to use it (by repurchasing), I wonder how it feels to use in the fall and winter. Looking at the reviews, some people say it has a cooling effect, but I haven't been able to tell so far. Is the scent while washing a cooling type? I like how it cleanses my hair, how smooth it is, and the scent after rinsing.

I bought this after seeing it on YouTube. The ingredients don't seem to be irritating. I think my scalp has healed. I still get scabs, but my hair is dry. Maybe it's because I haven't been using the Aujua out-bath that I've been using for a while. I think I'm less likely to get acne on my back. It's more expensive than other Kracie shampoos, so I'm going to try Dear Beaute first. If it doesn't work, I'll try this moisturizing type.
