How To Use

After cleansing your skin, take an appropriate amount of lotion into your palm and gently massage it into your skin, working from bottom to top. I won a giveaway from Suzykirei. It's the "Evidence Special Trial Set." Since it was my first time using it, I followed the directions and used one bottle of "Evidence Gel Lotion" and then one bottle of this. It left a surprisingly sticky, almost like glue. My usual primer and foundation didn't spread at all after that, either, and I ended up washing my face over and over again. It's free of any harmful or strange ingredients, so it should be absolutely fine, but I wonder if there's a trick to using it. It doesn't contain any preservatives, so I'm a bit worried. I'll try using half or less of the bottle and applying it carefully, little by little, to get the hang of it.

My skin is especially sensitive during the cypress pollen season, so I'm extra careful. I use Yamazawa Kiyoshi Laboratory's Watermelon Lotion, but I felt like it wasn't moisturizing enough, so I bought this. It's a CAC-specific, single-use mask. It's called "Gel Plus," so I was expecting a gel-like texture, but it's actually watery! They may have avoided adding any unnecessary ingredients because they were worried about the thick flavor, but I wonder if it's appropriate to call it "gel." I thought they could at least use xanthan gum, which is considered non-toxic (though even the thick flavor seems to be unbearable for some people with sensitive skin). It's quite watery, so it's difficult to apply it to my face without spilling it! Maybe it's because I'm clumsy, but I end up spilling a few drops every time, which is a shame. It's very gentle on the skin. It's only moderately moisturizing... It's neither good nor bad, so maybe it's good for when your skin is particularly rough? I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but it's a bit too expensive... I might switch to something better. I received this as part of a Suzykirei giveaway. It moisturizes well, but my face feels sticky after use, and my hair sticks to it. The enclosed leaflet advises that if you're concerned about the feeling, you should massage it in with a tightly wrung towel, and that you should use emulsion first, followed by toner. However, no matter how I tried, the sticky feeling remained, so I ended up dusting on baby powder. It's fine before bed, but the sticky feeling makes it impossible to wear makeup, so I probably can't use it in the morning... It's a shame, as my skin is in good condition and I like the results.
