How To Use

Do not use with the lead protruding more than 2mm. If it is protruding too much, it may break. When you first start using the pen, we recommend smoothing the tip of the lead on the back of your hand or similar to make it easier to draw.

I like the hardness and thinness of the lead, which makes it easy to draw. I used to use the R5, but the color of this R3 matches better and I think it doesn't come off easily.

I really wanted to try it. I'm also happy that there are so many colors to choose from! You can match it to your hair color or make it a slightly brighter color. Personally, it's a little too thick for drawing on eyebrows... but I think it's hard to break.

When I first got it, I had no idea what a protective pipe was, so I was like, "What is this?! A defective product?!" But it turns out it's so thin that it prevents it from breaking when you draw! You can't do it like in the second photo, but if you extend it out at the same length as the protective pipe as in the third photo, you can draw beautifully like this and it won't break! I wish I'd known about such a great product sooner! But the eyebrow pencils I'm using now from Cezanne and Misele Eddy are also cheap and draw really beautifully at the end of my brows, so I think I'll use them depending on the color of my makeup!

I usually use powder, but Odagiri Hiro said that the current trend is to use only pencils to draw each eyebrow hair individually, without using powder, and he recommended this product, so I bought it to try it out. I had the impression that pencils were hard and difficult to use, but this one has a soft core and is very comfortable to use. The tip is designed to prevent breakage, so even a beginner like me could use it without any problems. It's only around 1000 yen, so KATE is a great product. By the way, my hair is a light brown, so I bought this to match the color. It was just the right shade.
