How To Use

When you press the pump, it comes out as foam. Take an appropriate amount (about three pumps) in the palm of your hand, gently wash your face, then rinse thoroughly. This container is for Softymo Foam Cleansing Wash CE only. Refilling with other products may not create foam. When removing stubborn makeup, use a generous amount of foam and wash without wetting your face or hands.

It doesn't remove waterproof sunscreen, but it does remove makeup that can be removed with a facial cleanser. It's perfect for morning use.

This is a foam type cleansing foam. It comes out as a pump and foam, so it's very easy to use. The foam is quite low density, or rather watery, so you need a lot, but it's cheap so you can use it liberally. It's fluffy and gentle on the skin, but I'm a little worried about whether it's completely removed, especially the eyeliner around the eyes, which leaves a little residue if you just gently stroke it. Since it's a watery foam, I feel like it causes friction when rubbing, so I felt it would be better to remove heavy makeup separately. However, for me who only wears cushion foundation when I go to work, it has enough cleansing power, is easy to use, and seems gentle on the skin, so it's a thumbs up. I'm also happy that it contains ceramide ingredients, as I have a ceramide deficiency.

I've repurchased the Softymo Foam Cleansing Wash Ceramide many times. I was originally using the tube type, but I started using the foam type to save time on my morning face wash. There are many days when I don't wear any makeup (just a light base and eyebrow makeup), so it's very useful. I think it depends on your skin type, but even if it doesn't come off easily with soap, I feel like I'm getting a refreshing cleanse if I wash gently a second time.

I use it to wash my hands after applying makeup. It seems to remove makeup better than regular hand soap. I sometimes use it to wash my face in the morning, but I don't see much benefit to it other than the convenience of it coming out as foam.

I like that it comes out as foam, so you don't have to go through the trouble of lathering it up. I'm always worried about whether my makeup is completely removed with just this.
