Apply to skin after cleansing. *Recommended use is once or twice a week. *Use the mask as soon as possible after crushing the capsule. 1. Press firmly with your thumb on the front of the capsule to inject the oil serum from the capsule. 2. Rub the sheet mask thoroughly over the top of the bag for 5-10 seconds to allow the oil serum to soak into the entire sheet mask. 3. Remove the sheet mask from the bag and place it firmly over your entire face, aligning it with your eyes and mouth. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes. 4. Peel off the sheet mask and massage any remaining serum into your skin with your hands. *After use, apply serum or cream as needed.
