My hair was rough and dry, but it was cured beautifully. It lathers well and only a small amount is needed, so it's good value for money.

It's a silicone-free shampoo, but it lathers well. It's normal while washing, but you can really feel the smoothness when you rinse it off. It contains beauty ingredients at the skincare level. The scent is subtle, so it might not be enough for those who want a soothing scent while shampooing.

I have extremely damaged hair that has been bleached twice, had its ends treated four times, been colored more than five times, and uses a hair iron daily and has been straightened. While other commercially available shampoos leave my hair dry and brittle, this shampoo and treatment are the only ones that have had noticeable results. The shampoo lathers well even with a small amount, and I can feel my hair becoming moisturized even while washing. When used in conjunction with the treatment, my hair feels truly moisturized after washing, reducing dryness and frizz. However, the scent is almost fragrance-free, so those who prefer a fragrant shampoo may find it lacking. I was impressed by how moisturized my hair was the first time I used it, but with continued daily use, I feel it becomes even more moisturized and my hair becomes more manageable.

I have long, coarse, thick, and straightened hair. I bought them on Rakuten's half-price sale. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a faint citrus scent. It's a little similar to Haru. It lathers well for a silicone-free shampoo, but with damaged, long hair, it still feels rough when rinsing and gets caught on my fingers, so I needed to be careful. The conditioner, while containing less silicone than non-organic brands, still contains enough silicone to eliminate the roughness. It contains relatively little silicone, so it doesn't spread or blend well, so people with damaged, thick, long hair like mine may need to use a lot more per wash. I usually use about a 1:2 ratio of shampoo to conditioner, but this time I used about a 1:3 ratio... When I dry my hair with a hair dryer, it becomes smooth and manageable (I've been using apricot oil lately). It feels about the same as drugstore products costing around 1,200 to 1,500 yen. The retail price is a bit too high, though. The feel and cost-effectiveness are not that great, but the next day you can feel your hair become lighter and softer from the roots (which is obviously good for your scalp!), so I would recommend it to people with virgin hair or short hair!

I've always been conscious of using a series for my skincare products, but I never realized that just using a series for haircare products can really give you the feel and texture you want... Buying a set with a series is also great value! The feel isn't too heavy, but it doesn't feel unsatisfying. It's moisturizing, highly moisturizing, and doesn't require thorough rinsing. The Orna hair care series was perfect for me!
