Paul & Joe Beaute Brush Holder

I saw it in store at Suzykirei and fell in love at first sight. I asked the store and they said it was out of stock. Later, they restocked it online, so I was able to purchase it there. The actual product is really cute, and I feel like it's really given my makeup area a more luxurious feel. However, it's still a little too focused on appearance, and because it's fan-shaped, the brushes I put inside tend to scatter to the left and right, taking up space, and it can't store as many brushes as I thought it would. To be honest, I wish it had been made into a circular shape like Ladurée's, with the current texture.

It's not only cute, but also easy to use! The fan shape makes it easy to take out brushes, and the angle makes it easy to store long brushes. I wasn't expecting it to be very functional, so it was a pleasant surprise. It does take up a bit of space, though. It can hold quite a lot of eyeshadow brushes. I think you can even fit about four blush brushes on one side.

I recently acquired more makeup brushes, so I was looking for storage for them. Due to the size of the shelves where I usually store my cosmetics, I can't store them in a space taller than 15cm. I can't store my brushes upright, so it's great to be able to store them in a fan-shaped (diagonal) space. It does spread out horizontally, but unless the brushes have very long handles, I think they'll fit in a space less than 30cm wide. It's almost not thick. Since I have almost no restrictions other than height, I had no trouble storing them. It's made of plastic, but it doesn't look too cheap. It has an elegant design, and I recommend it for yourself or as a small gift.

My collection of brushes has been increasing, and I was just thinking about consolidating them all, when I discovered this during a Beauty Day visit to the Suzykirei store! I never thought I'd buy a Paul & Joe product like this again... I was a huge fan of Paul & Joe in my 20s... Nowadays, they seem to be all about cats every season, but back then they had flowers and all kinds of textiles, and I would get excited every time a new product came out... I wonder when I became so obsessed with cats... (staring into the distance) Now that I'm in my 40s, I chose this product because of the storage capacity and space-saving design considering the case's thinness, and because I'm more interested in practicality than packaging... However, this product was released before they went all-in on cats, so I was a little relieved that it only had a flower motif. (No, it's not that I hate cats, but sometimes I'd like to see new textile packaging without cats, so the current Porjo has lost its sense of balance and I feel a bit sad...) As for storage capacity, I can't say for sure, as it depends on the number of brushes you own, so it's hard to say for sure, but I think the average person would have a minimum of one or two brushes of each type, and still have some space to spare, so I'm very satisfied. Having all my brushes all in one place is very convenient on busy mornings.

I bought a Paul & Joe eyeshadow brush and wanted a cute way to store it with my other brushes. It's fan-shaped so it takes up a bit of space, but it's cute!
