How To Use

Step 1: Pre-wash with lukewarm water before applying the shampoo. I use the treatment twice a week. It doesn't have any effect on my wavy hair, so I regret not getting the 35. The aroma makes me feel good!

I bought a sample size and am trying out which one is best for my hair type. After rinsing, my hair doesn't get tangled or rough, and it smells nice. La Casta has a wide variety of products, so being able to try the sample size before purchasing the full size is very convenient, especially since there aren't any stores nearby.

I bought this for curly hair to reduce the volume, but to be honest I'm not sure about the volume-reducing effect. The scent is really nice, a woody aroma. I think a lot of people like it. it's soothing. I've also used it on my toddler daughter and there have been no problems. The foaming is. not great, I guess. It's a little pricey for the small bottle, but the pouch refill is a little cheaper. A was a better deal than the store. I wish it had a bit more of a calming effect on my hair, but it doesn't cause any scalp problems and I like the scent so I'll buy it again. Please note that you need a special bottle to refill the pouch

However, I found that it was too settling after using it, making the part at the back of my head more noticeable, so I now use number 21, a fluffy shampoo, and number 11 treatment. Using number 11 for both may make it more prone to flattening for those with thin or thin hair.
