I use it to remove blackheads from my nose. Immediately after using it, the blackheads are removed and my skin feels smooth, but the next day, a lot more blackheads appear. Maybe I'm removing too many blackheads, which actually makes them appear more... Also, it's quite watery, so it would be easier to use if it was a little thicker.
