My impression after using it was that it moisturized my skin so much that it formed a film after application. A small amount goes a long way, so if I use too much, my skin becomes sticky. It may be a matter of personal preference, but I have oily skin and prefer a fairly light, moisturizing formula without being too thick, so it felt quite heavy. This serum alone provides significant moisturizing benefits, so it may not be suitable for those who want to use other serums or who prefer a lighter texture. It's so moisturizing that it's almost like you don't need a lotion. I think this serum is better for the drier winter months than the summer!
