This moist makeup base moisturizes while leaving the surface smooth and matte. It protects the skin with excellent moisturizing power, absorbs excess sebum, and prevents makeup from coming off. It's not sticky and leaves a smooth finish. It does hide pores a little, but not completely, so I apply a pore-hiding concealer on top. It's very comfortable to use.

I've been using the UV Whitening Base for nearly 10 years now. Maybe it's because of my age, but this winter I've been concerned about dryness, so I decided to try this Moist Base. The coverage is about the same as the Whitening Base, but as it's called Moist, I felt like my skin was moisturized all day! It's a moisturizing type, so I was more concerned about it coming off than the Whitening Base, but I didn't notice any dryness. In the summer, my skin feels sticky, so I think the Whitening Base would be better. I think the Whitening Base will be my go-to in the summer and the Moist Base in the winter!

The Maquillage primer that is advertised as being for combination skin somehow made my skin more shiny, but this primer doesn't dry out my skin and doesn't have much coverage, so it's easy to use and doesn't get in the way. I feel like if I just apply this, I can't go wrong.
