I bought this because I'm concerned about the skin texture on my neck as I get older. I tried using it on just my upper body, from my neck to my décolleté and bust, on damp skin after a bath. Because it's cold, I've stopped rinsing with cold water. It's great that it can be used on bath towels and bath mats without soaking in. I'll definitely be buying it again in the future.
