■ Connect the USB cable's connector to the connector on the main unit. ■ Plug the USB cable into the included AC adapter, then plug the AC adapter into a power outlet to start charging. (Cannot be used while charging) ■ Charging is complete. Charging is complete when the power button changes from slowly blinking red to off. ■ Unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet and disconnect the USB cable's connector from the main unit before use. ■ Insert your hand into the main unit. ■ Press and hold the power button to start the massage. ■ The timer will start approximately 10 minutes after turning on the power and will stop automatically. ■ To stop it midway, press the "Stop button".
