Mix the entire contents well with the included spatula, then apply an almond-sized amount to the entire face, starting from the areas you want to cool, such as your cheeks or forehead. *The first time you freeze it, it may freeze hard, but from the second time onwards, it will soften because it contains air. *It can be used both frozen and at room temperature.
