如何使用

Shower Oil: Apply an appropriate amount to wet skin, gently massage, and then rinse. Body Scrub: Apply an appropriate amount directly to wet body, gently massage for 1-2 minutes, and rinse. Pay extra attention to hardened areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. We recommend using it twice a week as a guideline. Use approximately one cup for the upper body, one cup for the lower body, and two cups for areas of concern such as knees and heels. Body & Hand Jelly: Take an appropriate amount in your palm and massage it into clean skin in a circular motion.
