The rose scent is soothing. It has a refreshing feel, so I sometimes use it as a lotion pack. I like to use it when my skin is tired.

I bought this. I love rose water and make my own from essential oils, but I wanted something more refined. I use it as a pre-lotion after washing my face. The scent is nice, but a little different from the scent of something made with 100% essential oils. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized without irritating it.

I absolutely love the scent of damask rose; just smelling it makes me feel happy. When I apply this lotion to my skin after a bath when my parasympathetic nervous system is dominant, I feel a sense of relief. As a lotion, I didn't notice any particular benefits like whitening or pore care, but the rose scent itself seems to have an effect on my depressed mood, so I use it without expecting any medicinal benefits. When I'm feeling overwhelmed by stress, I use this as a face mask to calm my mind. It's easy to use, with a splashy feel that doesn't irritate, but the bottle's size (even more so with the pump) is a bit of a drawback.
