I like the smell and it's not bad to use.

I won a giveaway from Suzykirei on October 21, 2025! Thank you as always! I apologize for the late review. It's appealing that this product contains "natural clay" and "shea butter," and functions as a cleanser, face wash, exfoliator, massager, and moisturizing beauty pack all in one. Opening the lid reveals a gray clay-like color that seems like it would be effective for pore treatment. I apply it to my palm with the spatula, and it melts gently. I then spread it further with both hands and gently spread it over my face. It removes makeup well, and after use, my skin feels moisturized, highly hydrating, and enveloping. I've been using balm-type cleansers for a while now, and have tried several different brands and products. This is one of the best value-for-money products. I also use Courrèges hair shampoo and treatment. It's a great product.

It's great value for money and removes makeup easily. I bought it after seeing good reviews since it was renewed, and it's great because the balm melts and removes makeup. The scent and feel are great, and it doesn't dry out my skin after cleansing, which is amazing.

I've been using DUO regularly for a long time, but recently stopped, so I bought this as a stopgap! Wow, the balm is so soft and smells so good. It smells so good when you have it on your face. I wear light makeup, so this removes it perfectly! It doesn't leave a tight feeling, it's easy to find at drugstores, and it's not a hassle to experiment, so I think I'll keep buying it for a while as long as it doesn't cause my skin irritation.

It's gotten so much better since the renewal! It's the first time I've ever had a product that cleanses so easily yet leaves my skin feeling so moisturized! I'll buy it again!
