It's a thick, bouncy lotion, but I was surprised at how quickly it absorbs! I had the impression that thick lotions tend to slide over the surface of my skin forever, so I was pleasantly surprised! I usually end up using more lotion than recommended, but this one left my skin feeling moisturized with just the right amount. After applying this, I followed it up with my usual slightly more aggressive skincare routine, and it surprisingly didn't irritate me, and using them together feels great!
