洗发后，挤干多余水分，将护发素涂抹于整个头发，重点涂抹发梢，因为发梢特别容易受损。对于中长发，使用葡萄大小的用量（直径约2.5厘米，约10克）。彻底冲洗干净。涂抹后即可冲洗，但停留约5分钟效果更佳。

I bought this after watching Kazunosuke's YouTube video, and I'm so happy with how my hair has improved! It also smells great, so I'll definitely buy it again!!

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I felt like it wasn't much different from the same type of conditioner (yellow). Maybe it's because my hair isn't that damaged to begin with, but I wasn't that impressed. But the conditioner itself does a good job of keeping my hair in place and leaving it smooth and moisturized, so there's nothing particularly bad about it.
