I often used it when I woke up in the morning and felt too lazy to wash my face, but wanted to wake up. It seems to contain a lot of ethanol. Those with sensitive skin should be careful, as it feels like you're disinfecting your face with alcohol. I have strong skin, so I used it just to feel refreshed. To be honest, I couldn't really tell the effect of exfoliating. To begin with, I have the impression that wiping can be hard on the skin, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
