The texture is similar to regular oils, but maybe a little heavier. I use it in combination with the milk to apply to specific areas, but if I were to style my hair using only this, I'd probably run out of it quickly. This goes for the milk as well, but I think a good styling product from a good brand really adds texture to the hair and gives the look a sophisticated feel. I've used many oils and balms with N in the name, as well as similar oils and balms, but this one gives a different look. I found out my cousin is the president of the company, so I tried it out this time, and I think I'll be hooked on uka for a while.

This is the first time I've used it since it was renewed. I was shocked to see the volume reduced, but... it's a balm-type wax that creates a glossy look. It leaves hair feeling just the right amount of wet and holds its style well. It's slightly sticky, but not too noticeable. Compared to other soft types, this wax creates movement. When used on curls, it creates a beautiful, three-dimensional look. However, the scent is waxy, which I don't really like... I personally prefer the soft type.

I'm currently using my third bottle. I don't often use it alone, but rather layer it after BOSABOSA Hair Milk. However, I don't feel like my hair is set completely without it. I find it very useful for reducing volume and creating loose updos. It doesn't have much hold. It's like a hidden gem that makes all the difference. It has a cypress-like scent.

I bought the balm in addition to the hair milk (reviewed). I use it until it's about collarbone length, about the length of my pinky finger nail. I spread it on my palm and massage it in to create a clumpy look from the ends of my hair. I add a little more and use it around my face, seeing how it goes. It gives it a glossy finish and the scent is soothing. She also said that you can add oil as well. She advised me that I already have some on hand, so why not combine that with that? The balm on my hands has a moisturizing effect when rubbed into my hands, nails, and elbows. It's not cheap, but I'll try using one up and see if it's worth it.
