GUERLAIN 娇兰 Terracotta Le Teint Fluide (1.5N)

I often buy Guerlain base makeup items such as primers and foundations. I recently used up the Parure Gold Matte. While Parure Gold Matte has high coverage, it has a slightly thick texture, whereas this one has coverage while still feeling moisturized. Even after taking off the mask, I'm concerned about the shine in my T-zone, but overall it doesn't seem to come off. It has a unique scent, and you can still smell it even after applying makeup, so those who are sensitive to smells may need to be careful.

I touched up the foundation once at a department store and was blown away by how matte it was, yet didn't feel thick or sticky. It didn't obliterate my skin's natural glow, and yet still delivered a dewy finish. I still had a foundation on hand at the time, so I knew this was the one to buy next, and finally managed to get it! I previously received a mini-sized dewy foundation as a novelty when I purchased a Guerlain product, but it was quite dewy, and I wished it didn't have to be so dewy. I generally prefer dewy foundations, but I didn't need that much dewy shine. Then, a Guerlain beauty advisor recommended a matte foundation, and despite my distaste for matte foundations, I had a touch-up and was blown away, as you can see above. I had a reputation for matte foundations from the past and didn't like them, but this one feels perfectly suited to the modern era. As the dryer seasons of fall and winter approach, I'd like to see how this matte foundation performs as the seasons change. It's late summer, so I'd give it a perfect rating! Good.

[Fall/Winter Foundation 2/2] This foundation has a texture that can be used year-round. I tried the sample and liked it, so I chose Terracotta instead of Parure Gold. It has just the right amount of matte coverage. Since my neck is paler than my face, I chose 0.5N to match it. I'll be adding shading, so a slightly lighter shade isn't a problem. This liquid foundation is easy to use and spreads well with just a little. It has a slight floral scent, but it's not noticeable while applying. The frosted glass bottle is stylish. The design of the pump, which prevents smudges when dispensed, is also a plus. (See second photo) I also bought a primer during a makeup campaign, so I received a luxurious set: 40ml gel face wash, mascara, 7.5ml eau de toilette, and a pouch.

The scent may be a matter of personal preference, but it has a luxurious scent. The color is a little brighter and brightens the skin tone. It's moisturizing and spreads easily! It's quite expensive, but I'm glad I bought it.

I was searching various websites for a liquid foundation for combination skin, and by chance I received a sample, tried it, and bought the full product! It's smooth and light to wear. And yet, it doesn't smudge! I can see that my skin looks beautiful all the way through to the evening! I don't like heavy liquid foundations, so this is really easy to use!
