It has a refreshing grapefruit scent and isn't overly sweet. It also has a slight plumping effect, but it's easy to use and doesn't sting.

It leaves your lips feeling moisturized. The color is very subtle, so I felt after applying it that it's best not to expect a strong color. My lips are naturally dark, so I'd like to try other darker colors before I make a decision.

I bought this because Lip Monster causes peeling. Pros: It doesn't peel; it fades fairly well; it has a nice scent, but not too noticeable; and the wear is pretty good. Cons: It doesn't last as long as Lip Monster; all the colors I bought lean toward brown; and the tip is hard to apply. The tip isn't shaped to fit the lips, making it a little difficult to apply. Also, since this is a lip gloss-type tint with a natural color, it will depend on the person's lip color, so on my lips, all the colors turned out more like brown-red. I think it would suit someone with a mature face, but since I have a childlike face, it made my lips look older. If the color transition was to my liking, I would have been generally satisfied with the rest of the experience. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing.
