I've bought this product many times. It's gentle enough to use even on sensitive skin. I use the Cow Brand Cleansing Oil on days when I wear full makeup (those with a heavy base, foundation, and powder), and this one on other days. It doesn't have any noticeable effects like removing blackheads, but it's a reassuring cleanser to have.

I've been using Minon's cleansing cream for a long time, but I wanted to try something different, so I bought this. This is my first time using an Arouge product. As it's meant for sensitive skin, it doesn't irritate or tighten my skin. The texture is looser than Minon's, more like a gel cream. I thought it would spread easily, but surprisingly, it didn't... The texture becomes thicker as you blend it into your makeup, and you might notice some friction. I don't usually wear very heavy makeup, so I think it removes my makeup properly. (I use a remover for point makeup.) I'll use up the whole bottle and decide whether to buy it again or go back to Minon.

Cleansing oils tend to make my skin feel tight in the fall and winter, so I tried this. It removed natural makeup well, and I didn't have to worry about my skin drying out. Even with good skincare, my skin still felt tight the next morning, but this has improved. Heavy eye makeup was fine as long as I used a remover first.

I bought this along with the Water Sealing Mask from Suzykirei. I used to get irritation from cleansing and washing my face, but Alouje didn't. My rough skin has calmed down after continued use. If you wear heavy eye makeup, it's best to use a point makeup remover.
