The packaging was a Sanrio collaboration, so I thought it was cute and bought it. It smells nice, and my hair is smooth and not dry even after I get out of the bath, so I don't need to use any hair oil. I'd like to refill it and buy it again.

I've tried many shampoos and treatments, and this is hands down the best! Even salon-exclusive products have been better than this one. I've always struggled with frizzy hair, and I'd always get it straightened, but after using this shampoo and treatment, I was amazed at how manageable my hair was when I dried it, to the point where I no longer needed a straightener! The key is to dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer. There's a world of difference between using other shampoos and switching back to this one... There are often stores that don't carry it, so I try to buy it in bulk whenever I can ( ´ ▽ ` ) It's an absolutely essential product, so I hope it continues to be sold in the future!!! I'm a big Lucido-L fan. Thank you (^_^)!

If you want to make your hair soft, this is perfect

I have thin, aging hair that tends to tangle easily, so I searched for an acid-heat shampoo to combat damage from coloring and straightening, and I bought this product. The shampoo didn't leave a great after-wash feeling, but after applying and rinsing out the conditioner, my hair was completely tangle-free and easier to comb through than ever before. I use the hair mask once a week, but as with the conditioner, I'm careful with the amount. Applying too much can make it feel sticky. The scent seems to be a matter of personal preference. It has a sweet osmanthus and grapefruit scent, which I didn't like. It's so moisturizing that I often forget to apply an after-bath treatment when drying, and it tame flyaways and leaves my hair shiny and smooth. I'm giving it a try in the hopes that it will help with my hair problems during the rainy season. I'll update my impressions after continued use.

At first, I bought it just because it was a collaboration with my favorite character. But after using it, I found it was great for repairing bleached hair. I definitely want to buy it again.
