取适量沐浴露于海绵或毛巾上，充分揉搓起泡，然后清洗身体。最后彻底冲洗干净。

Use a 10ml bottle. Apply to the whole body after a bath. To be honest, I thought that any cheap oil would be fine to apply to the body, but the moment I applied it, I was convinced.
