I've never really liked cleansing balms. I like the sticky feeling. But this one didn't have that unpleasant sticky feeling. It's easy to use. Apply it all over your face without wetting your hands or face, and massage gently to make sure the balm is absorbed into your entire face. Emulsify it and then rinse it off. It rinses off completely, so I like that it doesn't feel sticky. The scent is also citrus, so it's soothing.

Some cleansing balms tend to clump when you warm them up in your palms, which can be a little frustrating, but this one spreads smoothly on your hands, which is nice. After washing, your skin feels moisturized and smooth, and dullness is removed. I feel like the pores on my cheeks have tightened. The affordable price is also a plus.

It melts in your hands and makes the cleansing process very comfortable. It removes dirt well and emulsifies quickly, so it's become a cleanser that I reach for even on tired days!

I received a mini sample. It did a pretty good job of removing makeup, as well as removing blackheads and dirt from pores. On the other hand, I've only been using it for about two days, and compared to other cleansing products, I don't think it has any outstanding features.

I really like the scent. I think it has a clean, nice scent. I was surprised when I opened it, but the spatula that came with it has a very unique shape. But strangely enough, this shape makes it easy to scoop the balm. The texture is a little hard and it takes a while to melt in your hands. I think the makeup removal is about average. After washing, my skin is moisturized without drying out, so I think it's good for winter.
