Neal's Yard Remedies 女士平衡按摩油，100毫升

I love using Shoulder Relief Salve to relieve stiffness and fatigue in my shoulders and lower back in the winter, but it wears out quickly if used daily and I'm concerned about the stickiness in the summer, so I wanted something lighter, and I bought this. I was considering Wild Rose, but since it was over 1,000 yen cheaper, I decided to go with my favorite aroma oil, Women's Balance. I use about four pumps on my neck and shoulders, which have been chilled by the air conditioning, just before getting into bed. The scent isn't strong and fades after a while, but I think it's just right for using right before bed. Since my family is all men (and we have a dog), the daytime hours are full of activity, so I find the gorgeous, gentle, feminine scent enveloping me and helping me drift off to sleep peacefully.

I've tried a variety of Neal's Yard products, but I chose the Woman's Balance oil because I found its scent to be the closest to what I was looking for. It has a good balance of floral and citrus notes, and although it does feel shiny immediately after application, it blends in as you massage it in. I use it after a bath while my skin still feels moisturized.

I bought this oil to massage my ears. It's a bit heavy, so it's easy to massage, but I don't like the lingering scent, so next time I'll look for something with a more subdued scent. (I like the aroma itself.)

I found this product while searching for a fragrant oil to treat swollen feet. I'd been interested in Neal's Yard, but this was my first purchase! And now I'm hooked! I work standing up and my calves are prone to swelling. I thought it might just be muscle tension from running, but the marks from my socks just won't go away. As I'm getting older, I'm concerned about my hormonal balance, so I purchased Woman Balance as my first oil. It spreads easily and isn't sticky. The scent is natural and soothing, with no artificial feel. I've started using it on my calves, soles, and shoulders, and massaging them daily with a gua sha. The lovely scent makes massage time a really enjoyable experience. I'm thinking of purchasing their other oils too!

I have all the Neal's Yard body oils, but this one is my biggest obsession (lol). When I first bought it, I replaced it with a spray nozzle, but the oil would slip on the nozzle and I would spray in the wrong direction, leaving oil stains on my duvet cover. It also got on my face and got on the lenses of my glasses, so it wasn't very convenient to use, so I've been using it as is. When storing it, I put an unused handkerchief underneath it just in case. At first, I thought it smelled nice, but I didn't seem to get hooked on it, but before I knew it, I was only reaching for the Women's Balance scent, and when it ran out I would miss this scent and keep buying it again. I'm addicted...lol.
