将头发弄湿，取适量洗发水于掌心，充分揉搓起泡，然后涂抹于头发和头皮，用指尖按摩至吸收。最后彻底冲洗干净。

I've been worried about hair loss, so I tried a scalp shampoo for the first time. I can't compare it to other scalp products, but I think it's perfect as a regular shampoo. My hair doesn't feel rough after washing, and it seems like there's less hair accumulating in the drain after shampooing than usual... I'll try using it a bit more before making a decision. I'm a little happy, even if it's just my imagination (lol).

My hair felt lighter, as if all the impurities had been removed. It felt smooth and silky. It doesn't lather very well, but maybe that's because I was being stingy with the amount lol. This is a shampoo I'd recommend you try at least once.

I bought this for my mother, who has noticed an increase in hair loss. She says it makes her hair smooth, but doesn't add volume, so she uses it occasionally. I have long hair, so I didn't notice any volume issues, but it might be a combination of the treatment and the product.

The natural mint scent is soothing. My scalp used to get itchy and sore during the dry autumn and winter months, but this treatment eliminates that.
