I'd always thought that a mild shampoo was the answer, but after a long time, I tried this hair care product. It turned out to be perfect for my hair type! My hairdresser diagnosed me with thin cuticles, but a dense underside! So the key was to repair the cuticles and care for the outside. Using this product seemed to provide just the right amount of coverage, and even after I'd blow-dried it, the next day my hair was practically bedhead-free! It was manageable! It didn't get frizzy! And yet it had body and a healthy-looking appearance! I wondered if my hair had been acting so wild up until now because it lacked the protection it needed on the outside, leaving it vulnerable to the elements and humidity... If only I'd protected the outside, it would have been so easy to manage... While there are certainly cases where expensive shampoos are better, this product made me realize the importance of knowing your hair type and choosing the right products.

I first tried Pantene when Nanao mentioned Tricon in a commercial. I used a variety of other products for a while, some of which I bought again, but I ended up switching back to this conditioner first. I also plan to switch back to Pantene shampoo once I've used up my current stock. The conditioner has a very heavy, thick texture, and when I apply it starting from the ends, it spreads evenly throughout my waist-length hair, leaving it moist and smooth. I love the feel and scent, which makes my hair so much easier to run my fingers through, and even when I try other products, I always realize how good it is when I go back. The product name has changed and is no longer Tricon, but I hope it will remain on sale for a long time.

I tried Pantene for the first time in a while and it was great. It helps prevent bedhead and gives my hair a bouncy, shiny look! However, it might be a little hard to remove sebum. If I don't wash it thoroughly, the scalp smell is hard to get rid of. It bothers me a little after my child washes it himself.
