I purchased this from Suzykirei.com. I have the exact same experience as the 118 brush I bought with it. I was shocked by how poorly made it was, almost to the point of thinking I'd been sold a fake. Some bristles were growing in strange directions, and it just felt so shoddy. Watching overseas makeup videos and review sites, I see a certain number of people who are averse to paying a lot for synthetic brushes, and I can see why. While it's not bad to use, I don't feel much difference from synthetic brushes known for their good value, like Six Plus or Real Techniques. These days, there are many good, cost-effective options for synthetic makeup brushes made overseas. It pairs perfectly with the product, but that's about all I can praise it for. I'm sure there are alternatives. Honestly, I'd be remiss to buy a synthetic brush of such mediocre quality at this price point, even if it was animal hair.

I usually use semi-matt liquid foundation and spread it with a house-shaped or teardrop-shaped sponge, but I happened to use a ROSY ROSA foundation brush that applied the foundation more beautifully than the sponge, so I switched to a brush, which I had been avoiding because it was a pain to wash. After reading various reviews, I purchased this brush, which has thick bristles and seemed like it would save time. It's diamond-shaped, thick, and has a large contact area, so I can cover my entire face in no time. I thought it might be difficult to maneuver because of its size, but because it's diamond-shaped, I can quickly apply it to small areas with the corners. It doesn't feel itchy and feels good on the skin. It comes with a case, so you can take it with you when traveling. I liked it so much that I bought another one to have as a replacement for washing.

A beautician recommended this brush for applying cushion foundation, so I bought it on Beauty Day. The foundation brush is Laura Mercier! I own a MAC brush. When I applied foundation without applying too much pressure, the brush was stiff and would catch on my skin, which bothered me, but this brush has long bristles, so I was able to apply makeup neatly even without applying too much pressure. The brush surface is large, so I don't think it's very suitable for applying to small areas like around the eyes. I was looking for a brush that felt good on the skin, so I'm glad I bought it. I recommend it.

I bought this to apply liquid foundation. It's firm and has edges for its size, so it's easy to apply to small areas. However, for me, who has thin skin, it felt a little hard.

I've been using Laura Mercier foundation brushes and Shu Uemura's Petal 55 brush, but I've been collecting Make Up For Ever brushes, so I bought this one. Make Up For Ever is the best. It's so good. I was a little worried about how soft it would be, but it applies beautifully and streak-free. I used Shu Uemura's Unlimited Care Shine Serum Foundation this morning, and tomorrow I'll try it with IPSA's cream foundation.
