Like the balm, I've been using this product repeatedly for years. There's also an intense cream that's about 2,000 yen cheaper, and while that was good, the moisturizing power, the aroma of frankincense, and the feel are completely different, so I definitely prefer the lift cream. I haven't found a cream in the same price range that I'm as satisfied with, so unless I find something that surpasses this one, this is a product I'll keep using.

I love Neal's Yard! I've been concerned about sagging skin lately. I wanted to lift my skin, but unfortunately, Elixir didn't suit my skin, so I bought this after using a sample. I didn't notice any changes after a day or two of use, but a colleague at work (we work with masks) said that her eyes looked plumper than usual! It's working! I'd read reviews, but the results were quicker than I expected. It worked for me. However, it's too expensive, so I'm giving it 6 stars for the cost-effectiveness... It's a great product that I'd like to continue using.

I previously used the Frankincense Intense toner and really liked it, so this time I purchased the Lift Cream. Since October began, perhaps due to the temperature fluctuations and other weather changes, I've found that a thicker cream is all that's needed for my skin. I heard that the ingredients were changed in February 2025 and are even better. I ended up really liking it. It's a testament to the history of Neal's Yard. It's a thick cream, and it's very easy to apply with a skin iron, which works by lifting it up from the bottom up without any friction. I apply one pearl-sized amount to half of my face during my nighttime skincare routine, so I use about two pearl-sized amounts per application. The smooth, cream-cheese-like texture is moisturizing without feeling sticky. My skin feels great the next morning. The luxurious formula contains firming peptides and hyaluronic acid, which provide excellent hydration, as well as my favorite botanical oils. The scent is very gentle, with just a subtle hint of soft essential oils. As the colder, drier weather sets in, I plan to use it both morning and night.
