I'll add a note. I used up the black mascara and started using a different black. I'm now using Cherry Black from Lashnista. I was considering Brown, but I wanted a deeper lash color. This black has a truly American cherry vibe that pairs perfectly with reddish eyeshadows and eyeliners. It's exquisite. Lashnista is a really good mascara. It gives great volume, length, and curl. It's a shame, however, that it wears off pretty quickly. It wears out pretty quickly. If it weren't for that, I'd give it 7 stars. I used up my Canmake Gokubuto mascara, so I started using this black mascara. It's still great. It adds length. My right lashes tend to curl more than my left, so I often have trouble with my left and right lashes being different lengths after applying mascara. This mascara contains fibers that lengthen the lashes, so if I apply just the left lash, they match up. It curls my lashes and keeps them curled without the need for an eyelash curler, which is great. However, the fibers sometimes get in my eyes and make them feel rough. It comes off easily with warm water, so it's one of my favorite mascaras. (Original review: ↓) I think Maybelline mascaras are always a hit. Their long-selling Lashnista is also excellent, of course. I used the black one quite some time ago, but this time I received the brown one. I was told the brown would be quite noticeable, but it's actually a surprisingly muted brown, perhaps a little softer than the black. Even though I'm not a fan of overtly colored mascaras, this one is still usable. What's surprising is how well it applies. It gives you length, volume, and curl with just one swipe, making it perfect for when you're short on time. It's particularly effective at lengthening and has great curling power, making it perfect for someone like me who doesn't use an eyelash curler. The volume isn't overly voluminous, but it tapers to a point, naturally accentuating my eyes. There are a lot of excellent mascaras out there these days, so I don't repurchase them regularly. However, when I'm unsure of what to choose, or I don't want to spend too much on mascara but still want a good one, this is a reliable, reliable choice.

I've always felt uncomfortable using curved brushes, so I've avoided them, and this was the first time I've used one in a while. This was easier to apply than I expected, and it's great for creating long, voluminous lashes.

Even if I occasionally try other mascaras, I always end up coming back to this one! I usually use black, but this time I bought the cherry black. It's not a bright red, but it's a light, almost black red, so it's easy to use. It doesn't clump easily, and it gives volume and length. Other mascaras have a natural look, which is great, but I find it lacking, so I love this one because it gives a lot of length.
