I use this when wearing light makeup with sunscreen, concealer, and powder. Point makeup won't come off completely unless I remove it with a point makeup remover beforehand. This isn't just true for this product, all milk-type cleansers are like this, so I don't think it's my fault, I just assume that's how it is. It does remove sunscreen, concealer, and powder properly. At first, I gently pressed it off with tissue, but adding a little water to emulsify (like the Shu Uemura method) leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. It's also less likely to dry out the skin, so this type of milk-type cleanser is best for sensitive, dry skin. The texture is loose, so it spreads easily, but if I'm not careful, it drops from my palm onto the floor. lol

I use it to remove eye makeup and lipstick. I soak a cotton pad in it and wipe it off, and it removes makeup well. It feels like an oil, just like cleansing oil, so double cleansing is essential. When I have a lot of makeup on, I use it to remove it before cleansing, and it leaves no residue and my skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing.
