Nail File: Hold the gray side at a 45-degree angle to your nail and move it in one direction from the side towards the center to trim the length. 2. Step 1: Lightly buff the nail surface with the dark pink side to smooth out vertical and horizontal ridges. 3. Step 2: Use the light pink side to further smooth out any remaining fine irregularities on the nail surface. 4. Step 3: Buff the nail surface with the white side to add shine. *If the shine starts to fade, lightly buff with the white side to restore the shine! . Nail thickness varies from person to person, so be careful not to over-buff. (We recommend using it about once a week.) . Discontinue use if you have any abnormalities on your nails. .
