How To Use

<Amount to use> Cherry-sized amount 1. Gently massage into your face to remove makeup using circular motions. 2. Take a small amount of lukewarm water in your hands and massage further into your face. 3. Once it becomes a milky consistency, rinse thoroughly. For wipe-off cleansing. Massage into your entire face to remove makeup, then gently wipe away with a cleansing mitt or wet cotton ball. After this, use a facial cleanser. *After cleansing, it is recommended to double cleanse with a facial cleanser.

It came in a lucky bag. I got used to it after a few times, but the scent surprised me at first. It had a strong, fermented, plant-like scent... lol. I didn't really like it. I usually use sunscreen and powder, so it didn't have any problems removing my makeup. The feel was neither good nor bad. Considering the price and the quantity, I wouldn't buy it as a single item.

I hesitated to write a review because the reviews were so low, but I love this product, so I'll write about it. I'm on my third bottle. The scent is primarily frankincense and mandarin, which I think may be a bit strong for those not accustomed to aromatic or herbal scents. I absolutely love this natural scent, and washing my face with this cleanser is a relaxing experience. It's labeled as a cleansing cream, but I found it difficult to remove heavy makeup, such as point makeup, so I use a different product to remove it. I apply this cleanser to my skin, leave it on for about 10 minutes, and then use it as a face mask. After rinsing it off with water, the dullness is gone, leaving my skin instantly brighter. My skin is noticeably softer and more moisturized. It also seems to reduce inflammation, reducing redness. I plan to continue using this product.

It was in a lucky bag, so I gave it a try. Neal's Yard has a surprisingly strong image, including their lotions (perhaps because they're natural, they have a tough feel to them), but this one also has a natural scent and a thick texture, so it doesn't seem to be for everyone. I normally wear light makeup, so it removes my makeup well, and I plan to use it up. I've been using it by emulsifying it in a similar way to oil cleansers, but I think I'll try using it in the three steps that other people have mentioned in their reviews. 1. Warm it on your skin, 2. When the texture changes and it becomes harder to slip your hands over, 3. Emulsify it with warm water and remove it.
